PHOTOS: Toasting the end of Prohibition at The Century Bar

The Century Bar really knows how to have a good time.

On Saturday, Dec. 5, Dayton's foremost whisky and bourbon bar was roaring, with a standing-room-only crowd, celebrating the 82nd anniversary of the end of Prohibition.

And, in line with the festivities, bar patrons were encouraged to wear period dress. The Century Bar was also serving a Prohibition-style cocktail menu and giving members of its Century Club (and a select few who knew the secret password) a glimpse of its new speakeasy, that is slated to be completed next year.
