Savor sandwiches made with Aullwood’s local meats, brick-oven pizzas, lemon shake-ups, sugar waffles, kettle corn, grilled cheese sandwiches, home-baked goodies and Graeter’s Ice Cream.
Meet adorable baby farm animals and say hello to new furry friends from Canine Companions, Team Greyhound Adoption of Ohio, Grandview Pet Therapy and Gem City Dog Obedience Club. Visit the century-old bank barn and see live shows throughout the day. Kick off the fun with Duck Tails with Ed Marrinan at 11 a.m., then join Aullwood’s own Chris Rowlands and his farmyard friends for Farmin' Fever and sing along with humorous songs at noon, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. At 1 p.m., the Miami Valley Dance Council Square Dancers will perform and invite audience members to join in.
Aullwood Farm was the place to be on Saturday, May 13, 2017, for the annual Farm Babies Fest. Visitors had the chance to ooh and aah over baby animals, plus get a taste for life on the farm at this annual event at 9101 Frederick Pike, Dayton.
Watch live demonstrations of beekeeping, dog training, butter making and duck herding with John Allread. Meet a black rat snake and other animals at Aullwood’s Wildlife Wonders show at 3 p.m.
