The beloved basketball team returns for its annual New Year’s Eve game at Wright State's Nutter Center.

✨ NYE at Austin Landing
Channel a little bit of the Times Square atmosphere this New Year’s Eve at Austin Landing. This is billed as an event for all ages (so you don’t have to get a sitter). Enjoy live music from Stranger and Party with a Purpose benefiting The Pink Ribbon Girls. There will be fireworks and a live ball drop. Food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase from food trucks.

When: Starts at 8 p.m. Dec. 31
Tickets: $15 in advance online; $20 at the door. VIP tickets are $60 each.

✨ Scene75 New Year’s Eve Bash
Scene 75 will welcome 2018 with a balloon drop and champagne or sparking cider toast at midnight. There are tons of things to do from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., including go-karting, Ohio’s first virtual reality arcade, laser tag and so many games in the game room. The event is for people of all ages.
The New Year’s festivities begin at 9 p.m.

Cost: $39 NYE package includes a $20 arcade game card, unlimited lazer tag from 8 p.m. until 2 a.m., $10 food voucher, a party pack and a champagne or cider toast.

✨ New Year’s Eve Skate at RiverScape
Looking for something fun to do before the ball drops? Start your New Year's Eve party at the MetroParks Ice Rink. No registration required. All ages.
Where: RiverScape Metropark, 237 E. Monument Ave., Dayton
When: Sunday, Dec. 31, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Cost: Admission fee: $5 daily. Ice skate rental: $2 daily. Skaters ages 3 and younger are admitted free with a paying adult.
