In Lock 27’s own words:

“Craft is not just what we do but how we do it. Our goals are simple; make fantastic beer and have fun doing it – highly enjoyable beer that invites exploration and conversation. We make beers that are true to style and strong on the details that create delicious flavors. “Different with purpose” requires a balance of creativity and discipline. It’s about the creative thought process. It’s about seeing rules as suggestions.”
