Beavercreek Veterans Day Ceremony

The ceremony will honor and say thank you to all those many Americans who have served in the armed forces and those men and women currently defending our freedoms and the ideals of our country. This program is held at Veterans Memorial Park and open to the public.

Veterans Exhibit and Open House

Uniforms, artifacts and historical items will be on display. This week only: Bring in donations for the Marines' Toys For Tots campaign. Donation barrel will be in the exhibit area. All visitors are encouraged to write thank you cards to our military which will be delivered to our troops serving overseas before the Christmas holidays. Refreshments will be served courtesy of Bill's Donuts and Centerville Kroger Marketplace.

Pancake Breakfast, Ceremony and Lunch at Dayton VA Medical Center

A complimentary pancake breakfast will be provided for all veterans, followed by a ceremony, featuring the Dixie High School Band, with a FREE lunch, provided by Skyline Chili rounding out the afternoon's events.

Veterans Day Ceremony

The service, presented by the City of Centerville and Centerville Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 9550 will include color guard presentations from Centerville VFW Post 9550 and the Centerville Police and Washington Township Fire departments’ honor guards. In addition to remarks from Mayor Mark Kingseed and a keynote speaker, there will be musical performances by the Cline Elementary School Chorus, the Centerville Community Chorus and Centerville Community Band along with a presentation from Cub Scout Pack 148. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in the Centerville Police Building, 155 W. Spring Valley Road.

Veterans Day Remembrance in Lebanon

Veterans and their families invited to full military protocol program. Guest speaker is author Terry G. Susong. Music by Wright Patterson Air Force Band of Flight. Warren County Sheriff's Honor Guard gives 21-gun salute and Lebanon High School ROTC presents colors.
