What better way to turn two than with a new brew?

The Wandering Griffin in Beavercreek is celebrating a well-deserved 2nd birthday with a party and the tapping of its latest beer, Wedell Williams — a hazy New England IPA named after the famous racing plane of the 1930s. The two-year birthday party is from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1.

“It’s been a long journey, but we’ve now broken ground for our in-house brewing,” Tony Griffin, owner of Wandering Griffin said. “With the way things are going we have a projected brew date set for early spring of next year and we couldn’t be more excited!”

Live music performed by Nothing But Treble and Todd the Fox will be happening during the festivities. No tickets are required to attend the party.
