You can celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at the nation’s only fully operational brewery in a museum, right here in Dayton. Carillon Brewing Co. will pay homage to Dayton’s early Irish, English and German settlers with live historical music, corned beef & cabbage and Shepherd's pie, said Leo DeLuca, media coordinator at Dayton History.

☘️Eudora’s St. Patrick’s Day Celebration

It’s the first St. Patrick’s Day celebration at Eudora’s shiny new location on Wilmington Pike, but it is keeping tradition: an Irish sing-a-long with Jamieson & The Flailers! Music starts at 7 p.m. inside the taproom. At 4 p.m. then at 5:30 p.m., there will be Irish dance performances by Dwyer School of Irish Dance.

Fifth Street Brewpub said it’s kicking it back and celebrating the casual way this year. Two days of festivities will involve a menu of Irish-inspired food and of course, Fifth Street’s favorite beers on tap. There will be live music by Blackthorn and Laurel, the Miami Valley Symphony Orchestra and dancing by the Celtic Academy of Irish Dance.

The weekend-long shenanigans kick off at lunchtime Saturday and continue all day Sunday. The tent opens at 6 p.m. for VIP experience with local rock cover band Stranger performing. Music begins at 8 p.m. 

  

On Sunday, admission begins at a very early 4:30 a.m. for another day of festivities that include breakfast and Guinness and a full day of entertainment including Celtic music, rock music, Celtic dancers and more. The party ends at 1 a.m.

One of Dayton’s biggest St. Patrick’s Day celebrations is in Kettering. Harrigan’s is teaming up with ALT 103.9 and Bud Light for a two-day bash complete with tent and featuring live music with Ithika on Saturday from 7:30-11:30 p.m. followed by an all-day celebration Sunday with Father Son and Friends Celtic music and other acts. The Sunday celebration starts at 9 a.m. and runs through 11:30 p.m.

☘️Harrigan’s St. Patrick’s Day Charity 5K 

It’s a St. Patrick's tradition for a great cause. This is a 5K walk/run for all ages for those who are fierce competitors or those just looking to have fun. Proceeds from this year’s race will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association. The entry fee is $25 for registrations received by March 20 and $30 after, including the day of the race.

WTUE's annual St. Pat-Rock’s Day is taking over the City of Fairborn. The streets will be closed for a big block party with live music, food trucks and ice cold Bud Light!  104.7 WTUE will be broadcasting live from the party starting at 10 a.m. The band lineup includes: 10:30 a.m. Shadowlife, 1:15 p.m. Latter, 4 p.m. Ithika.

Troll Pub Dayton is this year's host for Dayton Firefighters Local 136 St. Patricks Day Breakfast. This is open to all police, fire, nurses, and EMS personnel. Breakfast will include French toast, biscuits and gravy, fruit, eggs, juice, coffee and soft drinks. RSVP required. There will be exclusive beer specials, a 50/50 raffle, and other prizes given away throughout the morning!  Festivities kick off at 7 a.m. and the cost is $10, with a portion of the proceeds going to DFD supported foundations.

☘️Rip Rap Roadhouse St. Patrick’s Day

Rip Rap Roadhouse will have Bike Nights on Wednesdays. It’s one of the largest in Ohio and takes place over 4-5 hours. Bikers start rolling in at 4 p.m., a limited menu is available for order, live music kicks on at around 6:30 p.m. and by 8 p.m. more than 1,000 motorcycles will have filled up the parking lot and field. Beginning at 9 a.m., Rip Rap Roadhouse will have an Irish inspired brunch menu as well as drink specials. 

“Our live entertainment will be starting at 11 a.m. with Common Ground playing until 2 p.m., Irish dancers from the Celtic Acadamy of Irish Dance will be stopping by for a performance at 2 p.m., and then Big Daddy Bamboo will be closing out the night with live acoustic music from 4 p.m. -8 p.m.”
