RuPaul’s Drag Race star Nina West on making faces and taking a stand in a town with zero cows

Nina West is trying to nab $100,000 on the current season of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” on VH1, but the crazy creative Columbus-based drag star and activist has already raised more than $2 million for Ohio charities.

West, the stage name of actor Andrew Levitt, tells “What Had Happened Was” podcast host Amelia Robinson why she kept it real on the reality competition show and why she’ll never complain about how she’s been depicted.
