Power restored to most DP&L customers after crash reported in Montgomery County

Power was has been restored the majority of Dayton Power & Light customers after a crash resulted in an outage for more than 1,900 people.

As of 10:50 a.m., there were 50 without service in Montgomery County, according to the DP&L Outage Map.

At one point this morning, 1,932 were experiencing outages, with the majority reported between Kettering and Beavercreek.

The outages were the result of a crash in the area, according to the utility company.
