Loan program targets downtown Dayton’s office market

A new, multi-million-dollar fund will help businesses and entrepreneurs improve downtown Dayton’s office spaces to grow jobs and reuse struggling properties.

New and expanded financial tools through the fund will help renovate office buildings, according to CityWide, which says it will expand its tenant improvement and debt loan products to help the office market.

“There is rising momentum for financing that will invigorate urban projects, and the (Downtown Dayton Investment Fund) is leading civic and social investments that benefit businesses and developers. Many cities have seen growth with access to non-traditional capital,” said Brian Heitkamp, CityWide’s President in a statement.

Commercial loan applications and additional information about CityWide's loan products can be found online at www.citywidedev.com.
