Catholic church festival season is underway in Butler County: Here’s your complete guide

The Catholic church summer festival season kicked off locally the first weekend in June at Queen of Peace in Millville.

Here are upcoming Catholic church festivals in Butler and Warren counties:

ST. MAXIMILIAN KOLBE FESTIVAL (Liberty Twp.)

When: 6 to 11 p.m. June 8; 5 p.m. to midnight June 9; 3 to 9 p.m. June 10

Where: 5720 Hamilton-Mason Road, Liberty Twp.

Events: Entertainment, kids games, games of chance, rides, baskets, silent auction, Texas Holdem tournament.

Food: Hamburgers, metts, bratts, pulled pork, grilled chicken, funnel cakes. Beer and wine available with ID and wristband.

BISHOP FENWICK HIGH SCHOOL FESTIVAL (Franklin)

When: 6 p.m. to midnight June 22; 4 p.m. to midnight June 23; 4 to 10 p.m. June 24

Where: 4855 State Route 122, Franklin

Events: Live bands, raffle, carnival rides, adult and kids games, classic car cruise-in. Sunday only is endless rides for $15.

Food: Festival favorites. Sunday features Sons of Italy Spaghetti Dinner from 4:30 to 7:30 pm. Beer available with ID and wristband.

BADIN HIGH SCHOOL FESTIVAL (Hamilton)

When: 6 p.m. to midnight June 22; 4 p.m. to midnight June 23

Where: Marcum Park at RiversEdge, 2nd and Dayton streets, downtown Hamilton

Food: A variety of festival favorites. Beer available with ID and wristband.

ST. ANN 48TH ANNUAL FAMILY FIESTA FESTIVAL (Hamilton)

When: 6 to 11:30 p.m. July 27; 6 to 11:30 p.m. July 28

Where: 3064 Pleasant Ave., Hamilton

Events: Live music Friday (90 Proof Twang) and Saturday (Marquis 66), raffle with $4,000 grand prize, kids games and bike raffle, poker, Split the Pot, Over/Under, merchant's booth.

Food: Burgers, hot dogs, metts, brats, Italian sausage, fish sandwiches, pizza, funnel cakes, and homemade baked goods. Draft beer featuring Hamilton's Municipal Brew Works. ID and wristband required for all beer sales.

Events: Basket bonanza, kids games, rides, poker, silent auction, live bands.
