It is the fourth case of a robbery in a ride-share vehicle in Chicago's River North neighborhood, WBBM reported.

Police said that on July 27, a man left a River North bar between 3:30 a.m. and 4 a.m. and entered the ride-share car, WLS reported.

Two men and two women were inside the vehicle and robbed the victim, taking his wallet and a gold chain, the television station reported.

According to police, ATM footage showed one of the female suspects using the victim's debit card at a Chase bank and later at a Walmart, WLS reported.

"I think my biggest concern is that they have in the car 311 for you to call, but none of these companies, specifically Lyft and Uber, they don't have a hotline that you can call as a customer," Chicago resident Nayo Challenger told WLS. "No matter what you are complaining about, it's always via email and it's becoming way too impersonal."
