Does your McDonald’s have a new look? It’s part of a larger $6B plan

McDonald’s and its franchisees are investing $6 billion to modernize most U.S. restaurants by 2020.

Beginning this year through the end of 2019, McDonald’s plans to update most traditional, stand-alone restaurants to fit the “experience of the future,” said McDonald’s spokesman Phil Saken.

In Ohio specifically, McDonalds plans to invest $251 million to modernize 380 restaurants in 2018 and 2019.
