The Expo features vendor and activities that promote healthy living, including cooking and fitness demonstrations, art therapy, acupuncture, massage, free samples, prizes and more. The Expo is free and open to the public.
“It is a pleasure to partner with our neighbors, ” Ken Neufeld, President & CEO of Victoria Theatre Association, said in a release. “Health is not simply defined by eating well and exercise, but exercising the mind and soul as well.”
A variety of vendors will have booths at the Expo, including: Dorothy Lane Market, Dayton Children’s Hospital, Downtown Dayton YMCA, Square One, Link Dayton Bike Share, Inner Dance Yoga, Dayton Cycling Club, Gravity Spa, Drake’s Downtown Gym, Epic Life Fitness and First Day Natural Living.
Cooking and fitness demonstrations will include Citilites, Aegis Martial Arts, Enlightened Fitness, Ayurveda Natural Health, YMCA, Rapha House Wellness Center and Juice Plus.
The Heartfulness Institute will conduct a meditation session from 1-1:30 p.m.
