Holiday gifts: Miamisburg stocking stuffers to aid bicentennial funds

The Miamisburg Bicentennial Committee has some stocking stuffers for the holiday season to help fund its big bash next year.

Beginning today, items commemorating the 200th anniversary of the founding of Miamisburg are being made available during the holiday season.

Bobbleheads, stadium blankets, cell phone chargers, cell phone fans, cell phone wallets, magnets, ceramic mugs, stainless to-go mugs, lapel pins and key chains are sure to bring joy to the family and friends on your holiday list, supporters of the bicentennial say.

The bicentennial headquarters, located in the Miamisburg Historical Society Building on Market Square, will be open for limited hours during the Christmas season.

Today and Thursday, Dec. 6 and 7, the shop will be open from 1-4 p.m.; on Friday, Dec. 8, 4-7 p.m.; Saturday, Dec. 9, 10:30 a.m.-4 p.m.; Wednesday, Dec. 13, 1-4 p.m.; Saturday, Dec. 16, 10:30 a.m.-4 p.m.; Wednesday, Dec. 20, 1-4 p.m.; and Saturday, Dec. 23, 10:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
