Police in Fort Walton Beach said Ledesman Vonzell Wooden, 24, who was part of the group from the Houston area providing hurricane relief, got into an argument with Hunter, Lydia and Theodies Shepherd in a company van at the bus station, WKRG reported.
After the argument, Wooden, who was standing outside the van, opened fire on his co-workers, who were sitting inside the vehicle, Fort Walton Beach police Maj. Tony Hart told WEAR.
