“We are very close to wrapping up our construction phase,” the restaurant’s co-founder, Jason Hemmert, told this news outlet. The restaurant has hired for some top-level positions, but are “looking for more key people as well,” Hemmert said.

The restaurant will seat about 140 inside and about 60 outside and will hire 35 to 45 employees, Hemmert has said.
Elsa’s also operates locations on Linden Avenue in Dayton, on Wilmington Avenue in Dayton, on Far Hills Avenue in Centerville, and on East Stroop Road in Kettering.
