Deg's Flame Grilled Chicken, a healthy-alternative restaurant serving grilled chicken and other lower-fat offerings, opened in May 2017 at 15 Greene Blvd., and it is The Greene Town Center's Merchant of the Month. The restaurant is offering free ice cream for those who order Boneless Chicken Breast with Mashed Potatoes. The offer runs through Friday, Aug. 31.

Specials that extend through the Labor Day weekend include The Oilerie at 4454 Glengarry Drive, which is offering a buy-one-get-one-free special on rices, beans, grains, mushrooms, salts and sugars in order to make room for new products, according to an email blast The Greene sends to the center's customers.

And Nordstrom Rack at 33 Greene Blvd. is hosting a "Clear the Rack" sale from Friday, Aug. 31 through Sept. 3 in which customers can take an extra 25 percent off all red-tag clearance items.
