The three-story Main Street building constructed around 1900 housed Suttman’s Men’s and Boy’s Wear. It will be partially demolished with the aim to re-purpose it for “high-quality retail and residential space,” according to the city.
The site was donated to the city last year. The Miamisburg City Council Tuesday night is expected to address issues to begin partial demolition of the site.
