Lugo opened her studio, located at 773 Miamisburg Centerville Rd., in January 2019 when her personal training classes in her self-made garage gym became so popular she needed more space.

“Opening this studio is proof that you can never dream too big,” Lugo told this news organization when the studio opened. “I’ve lost 150 lbs — went from working a desk job and now I’m a nationally recognized trainer who opened her dream location helping hundreds of women become better and healthier versions of themselves. Never dream too big!”

Lugo, who is also a thyroid cancer survivor, has hundreds of thousands of social media followers and has appeared on the cover of Women’s Health Magazine.
