Dayton-area’s first Stacked Pickle restaurant announces opening date

Ohio’s very first Stacked Pickle has announced opening details for its first Dayton-area location near the Dayton Mall. 

Stacked Pickle management told this news source Tuesday that a soft opening date has been scheduled for Monday, May 13. Details on the restaurant’s first day are coming soon, including a grand opening date, and we will update this story as soon as those details become available.

The Indianapolis-based restaurant applied for a liquor license to open its first Dayton area site earlier this spring.

Stacked Pickle, a sports-themed restaurant chain, will open at the former Roosters site in Miamisburg at 103 N. Springboro Pike in Miamisburg, records show.

Roosters occupied that location for years before moving to the former Caddy’s Tap House site in Miami Twp.

Established in 2010, Stacked Pickle is owned and operated by former Indianapolis Colts football player and Super Bowl Champion Gary Brackett.

The chain serves American foods like wings, burgers, fried pickles and sandwiches. The restaurant chain has nine Indiana locations, according to its website.
