Fairborn Area Chamber of Commerce members raised $2,000 in raffle tickets at their holiday party, with proceeds going to the Fairborn Christmas Project to help needy families with toys and food this Christmas.
Chamber Executive Director Matt Owen said the Christmas Project, managed by the Lions Club, benefits both Fairborn’s needy and businesses, as purchases with the funds are restricted to the city’s Kroger or Save-A-Lot for toys and food.
