If you don’t have a special someone to spend the day with today, don’t you worry. Oberer’s Flowers will pay you to spend it with them.

The florist shop is looking for people to help them deliver Valentine’s bouquets throughout the Dayton-area today only. Anyone interested in earning a little extra cash today must have a current driver’s license and cell phone. The temporary job is paid at an hourly rate of $10 and includes access to company vehicles.

Delivery help is currently needed today through 6 p.m. Call Dorian at 937-223-1253 for more details or pop into the shop at 1448 Troy St.

Brief paperwork must be completed before people begin their delivery route to ensure they get on the temporary payroll. Oberer’s Corporate Social Responsibility Leader, Patricia George, said Oberer’s expects to pay its workers on Monday in the form of checks that will be waiting at the shop.

Oberer’s has been delivering flowers to Dayton, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus and Louisville for 95 years and every Valentine’s Day they are flooded with orders.
