***PREVIOUS STORY (Aug. 9, 2018)***
Another Broken Egg Cafe, which has operated a restaurant in Austin Landing since late 2014, will open its second Dayton-area location this fall.
The new restaurant will be located in the former LaRosa’s Pizza restaurant space at 2453 Esquire Drive in Beavercreek. LaRosa’s operated in that space from 2004 until shutting down in March 2018.
“The time is right,” Another Broken Egg franchisee Mike Craddick said. “And Beavercreek is a place I want to be.”
Craddick said the restaurant will seat about 160 and will employ 45. Plans call for a mid-October opening, the franchisee said.
