The Columbus-based fast-casual taco chain applied for a liquor license on Wednesday for space at 4482 Glengarry Drive at The Greene that currently houses EO Burgers, according to the Ohio Division of Liquor Control. A spokeswoman for Condado said the restaurant chain “is being proactive in obtaining liquor licenses, but no lease has been signed, so we are not willing to talk about this particular location yet.”

“Dayton is full of art, good food and local entertainment, and that’s what got us excited to open there in 2020,” Joe Kahn, founder and CEO of Condado Tacos, said in the release this morning. “It’s a close neighbor to us in Columbus, so we’re looking forward to becoming a part of this community. We hope to have final plans to announce soon.”
