“The Cork-N-Bottle name is well known in the city of Centerville. Besides selling beer and wine, lottery (tickets) and cigarettes, the store stocks grocery convenience items, and has a nice kitchen/deli with cook-to-order deli business.”
“Their neighborhood customers come from all over, but St. Leonard's retirement community are faithful clients, as well as the local high school directly across the street, and many lawn care (employees) and people who work outdoors. They also sell live bait (and) have an independent ATM.”
