Miniature horses took to downtown Hamilton streets today in preparation of Monday’s Reds Opening Day Parade.
The horses from Seven Oaks Farm in Ross Twp. will be marching in the downtown Cincinnati parade and needed to get practice in areas where there is traffic and a lot of people.
“Today we are just training, getting the horses used to city sounds and the people that are coming in and out,” said Lisa Moad of Seven Oaks Farm Miniature Therapy Horses.
The miniature horses will be walking with the Cincinnati Police Department in Monday’s parade, she said.
They also appeared in the Rose Parade this past January.
