McCarthy said he is currently looking at property in Cincinnati for an additional location, and is considering the Dayton area for a third restaurant. The restaurant is also getting ready to launch its food truck.
The fast-casual restaurant offers all types of sushi in burritos, bowls and salads. Customers can order options like sweet chili gyro and tempura shrimp.
Prices range from $8 to $12.
