Springfield fine-dining restaurant Stella Bleu taking shape

Stella Bleu Bistro has hung signage outside of its new restaurant located on 20 N. Fountain Ave in Springfield, marking a step forward towards its grand opening.

The restaurant posted a picture of their staff hanging the sign on Monday afternoon on its Facebook page, captioning it, “It’s official!”

FIRST REPORT: Chef, physician plan to open fine dining restaurant in downtown Springfield

While the restaurant has not said a date they will be opening, the restaurants Facebook account replied to several comments on their page stating that they may be opening sooner, rather than later.

“Mid May,” a comment written by the restaurant’s account replied to a resident asking when the restaurant would be open.

The Springfield New-Sun has reached out to the restaurant for additional information on an opening date and will provide an update when more information is available.
