New restaurant uses Facebook to raise money for Dayton Children’s

Dayton is getting a new Tex-Mex restaurant in the area, but before it opens, they'd like you give you an opportunity to give back to the community.

Chuy's has gone above and beyond creating delicious food -- they've partnered with Dayton Children's Hospital to create a charity that will support the medical facility. So, how does it work? For every like on Chuy's Facebook page, the restaurant will donate $1 to Dayton Children's. They will run this promotion until Friday, Feb. 27.

If you want to give more or aren't exactly a Facebook fanatic, there will be other pre-opening opportunities to give, such as the Red Fish Rally in March. At this event, restaurant goers will have the opportunity to sample some of Chuy's foods, and all proceeds collected will be given to Dayton Children's to support services provided by the hospital.
