The latest Dayton Arcade construction progress update (March 17, 2020) shows the completion of concrete pouring for "The Tank" - the round theater on the basement level underneath the rotunda- and the installation of steel frames to support the slab that will cover the rotunda's first floor, evoking its original 1904 state. The pouring of concrete on floors two and three surrounding the rotunda and replacement of the roof on the Ludlow Building have also been completed. Framing for residential build outs plus electrical, wiring, plumbing and HVAC installations are now in progress for The Arts Lofts at The Dayton Arcade. The Arcade redevelopment project is a collaboration between lead developer Cross Street Partners, Model Group and McCormack Baron Salazar. TOM GILLIAM / CONTRIBUTING PHOTOGRAPHER
