Some storms, mild temps for Greene County Fair

The Greene County Fair this year will feature some dry days to enjoy, said Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Kirstie Zontini.

On Tuesday, there’s a a very small chance for an afternoon shower, but activity should stay north of the fairgrounds. Temperatures will remain warm Tuesday and the mugginess starts to build in Wednesday.

Pop up storms are expected Wednesday afternoon as well as Thursday.

If you are at the fair keep your WHIO Weather App handy and be ready to get indoors if you hear some thunder.

A cold front passes Friday which will bring one more batch to the first part of the day. Dry weather returns quickly for the end of the fair day Friday and stays dry Saturday.
