Starbucks announced a plant-based addition to its menu in a part of a larger effort to expand sustainable menu options.
The company is partnering with Impossible Foods to offer customers the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich as demand for sustainable options increases among customers.
The company’s goal is to become a resource positive company, as the Starbucks’ CEO outlined in a release in January. Preliminary targets are set to be completed by 2030.
The Impossible Breakfast Sandwich is available to order using the Starbucks App and through Uber Eats nationwide.
