United Dairy Farmers is treating neighbors affected by the tornadoes to free ice cream on Wednesday.
UDF will hand out 1,000 free 4-ounce cups of ice cream at 1:30 p.m. June 12 at the store located at 1943 E. Siebenthaler Ave. The ice cream will be distributed from a “Little Dipper” truck parked in the corner of the lot.
The store is located near Dayton’s DeWeese neighborhood and North Dixie Drive, which was severely impacted by the Memorial Day tornadoes.
