Where to find over 25 Veterans Day food deals and discounts

During Veterans Day, on Wednesday, Nov. 11, we celebrate our country's military veterans contributions.

In celebration of the holiday, numerous restaurants are offering veterans and active military deals and discounts.

Here is where you can find Veterans Day offers:

  • Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill: Veterans and active military eat FREE. Choose from 1/2 lb. premium burger, pulled pork platter, chicken fingers, tomato basil cavatappi or nutty chicken salad.   • Hardee's/Carl's Jr.: On Nov. 11, 100 percent of the proceeds of any sale from an “Ultimate Care Package” will go towards the Call of Duty Endowment, a non-profit created by Activision Blizzard that has funded the placement of over 15,000 veterans into high quality jobs. The "Ultimate Care Package" includes either a Tex Mex Bacon Thickburger or large drink, with a peel off contest featuring a grand prize of A three-day, two-night trip to Los Angeles, a tour of award-winning Call of Duty design studio, Treyarch, and the chance to meet members of the Call of Duty: Black Ops III development team.   • Graeter’s: Graeter’s Ice Cream is offering a complimentary regular sundae to all Veterans and those currently serving in the U.S. Military on Veterans Day. Website | Facebook
  • Krystal: From 6-11 a.m.,  all active and retired military can receive a free chicken biscuit or free sausage biscuit. And, from 11 a.m. to close, everyone can take advantage of $.50 Pups and Corn Pups. Krystal will donate a portion of the proceeds of the Pups and Corn Pups sold on Veteran’s Day directly to The Armed Services YMCA “ASYMCA” organization.
  • Applebee’s:  Vets and active-duty military can have their pick from a special menu with options like three-cheese chicken penne, 7-oz. sirloin, and double crunch shrimp, free of
