A little boy has his beloved pet back weeks after the turtle went missing during a tornado that touched down in Dallas earlier this month.
Owen Folmnsbee is 10 years old and received his sulcata tortoise, Bolt, two years ago for Christmas, WFAA reported.
But on Oct. 30, a tornado ripped through Dallas, picking up Bolt's cage and tossing it out the window of his bedroom, the news station reported.
The family found the cage, bent and empty.
But the Folmnsbee family found Bolt recently as they cleaned up the wreckage and the boy and his turtle have been reunited, WFAA reported.
