A Wisconsin man is facing charges after his arrest for allegedly driving away from a Manitowac gas station without paying for his fuel for the 23rd time.
During the latest incident involving Karl Kinyon, 37, he told police officers he was in a hurry Monday and that he has a "layaway system" with the Kwik Trip gas station and always pays for the gas "eventually," WLUK-TV reported.
