"In consideration of the opportunity to play for the club, the player, who is an amateur, agrees to present himself when called upon to do so and on request of the club for the purpose of demonstrating his ability and qualifications as a hockey player on November 21st, 2017 at UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex, 8000 Cranberry Springs Drive, Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania.
This agreement establishes for the club the exclusive right to negotiation for the services of the player against all other NHL clubs. The agreement shall be valid for a term of one day, at which time the player shall become unconditionally released.
Under this agreement, the player shall receive no salary or bonus or any kind or any other form of compensation."
