New store to open at Beavercreek mall

American Eagle’s undergarment and lingerie brand Aerie will open a store at the Mall at Fairfield Commons.

The more than 4,000 square-foot store is valued at just over $250,000 according to Greene County records. A barricade at the mall also shows the store is expected to open on the upper level beside American Eagle.

The company recently announced plans to ramp up expansion of Aerie stores after American Eagle Outfitter’s healthy second-quarter earnings.
