Ohio troopers join 6-state project targeting impaired driving

Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers are joining the 6-State Trooper Project to target and raise awareness of impaired driving.

The project started today and runs through 11:59 p.m. Sunday.

OSHP is joined by state police from Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

During the same imitative last year, OSHP arrested 219 drives for OVI and informed drivers of the dangers of driving while impaired.
