The Greene announces new band pavilion

The Greene Town Center in Beavercreek is gearing up to unveil a new band pavilion on its town square.

The Greene’s owner, Olshan Properties, said the band pavilion will be the first permanent structure of its kind at the center, which has retail, residential and commercial components.

The 20 foot-tall by 20 foot-wide enclosure is sponsored by Kettering Health Network. It will accommodate outdoor concerts and other events on the town square, which hosts live music every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.

“Not only is this a significant upgrade from the tent that we’ve used for more than 10 years, but it will enliven our outdoor events programming for years to come,”  Steve Willshaw, general manager of The Greene, said in a release.
