SCAVENGER HUNT IPA

The crisp American 2-row malts, Centennial hops, low-IBU, and even lower ABV (5.3%) make this a perfect summertime Ale. Named in honor of a friend of YSB, $1 from each pint will be donated to the Yellow Springs Community Children's Center in the honoree’s name during a special tapping.

MOTHER CRUSHER

This 4.5% Hoppy American Wheat with fruit is a collaboration with our good friends at Warped Wing Brewing Company -- it’s not your average and traditional wheat beer. It opens with a burst of Citrus hop aroma, tastes mildly sweet and has a slight hop bitterness. The addition of peaches, mangoes and raspberries give this hazy wheat beer a fruity finish and makes it ultimately crushable.

This saison is a brewery favorite -- a light amber and refreshingly effervescent -- and it may just hit the spot.

"It's got a bitterness, but a smooth texture I really like. I totally endorse it," said Terry McLaughlin of Dayton. He said he stops by the brewery about twice a month. ABV: 6.5%.

SUNWAVE

A 6.2% White IPA, this brew is a mix between an American IPA and a Belgian Wit. This hazy Ale hits you with a wave of tropical and citrus fruit aroma from Mosaic and Citra hops. Notes of coriander, orange peel, wheat and hop bitterness create a symphony in your mouth and a dry finish will leave you wanting more.

An American pale ale, the Zoetic is straw yellow in color and quite clear. It's alive with citrus and truffle notes. We also like it because it rhymes with "poetic." ABV: 5.2%.
