Kobe’s favorite burger: “The Black Mamba” made with candied bacon, habanero mayo, red wine reduction, gruyere, and American cheese. $17
Kobe’s favorite tacos: Carnitas, slow braised pork shoulder, cilantro, onion, and salsa verde on corn tortillas. $15
Kobe’s favorite pasta: From the town he spent seven years of his childhood in, Reggio Emilia, Italy. Gnocchi in a white wine cream sauce, with Parmesan Reggiano and prosciutto di Parma, then topped with basil. $20
Vegan Los Angeles burger- Beyond burger topped with avocado, sprouts, red onion, jalapeño, and vegan cheddar. $17
The specials are available at the Dayton location, 329 E. First St. and at the Centerville location, 1035 S. Main St.
