On Saturday, Feb. 22, from 2-6 p.m., thousands of residents are expected to participate in the Oregon District Bar Crawl and Scavenger Hunt.

The event is organized by Gem City Social Sports, a sports league established in 2016 to bring young adults into the city for sports and social activities.

It is the latest event that aims to bring people back to the Oregon District in the aftermath of the Aug. 4 mass shooting.
