Double-decker burrito food truck joins the food truck scene

A new food truck made its debut this month at Adventures on the Great Miami.

Oh, and it's a double-decker food truck called The Crazy Burrito.

Their build-your-own style burritos, tacos and bowls will allow patrons to create a plate exactly to their taste — with various veggie, protein and dairy options.

“We had a lot of fun running Bad Dog Nice Taco and after that ended, I knew it wouldn’t be my last venture with a food truck,” Brian Johnson, co-founder of Crazy Burrito said in a press release to this news organization. “When the option to buy the old double-decker Menehune Tiki Bus came up, along with a great location at Adventures on the Great Miami, the stars had aligned for The Crazy Burrito.”

The menu will feature the following in a taco, bowl or burrito form: veggies galore ($7), cajun chicken ($7.50), jerkin pork ($7.50), korean bbq beef ($8.50) which can be topped with corn salsa, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream or guacamole ($2 extra). More items will be added in the future.

“We’ve really fine tuned the menu to the items that we’re best at,” Johnson said. “As operations go on, we’ll introduce other items, but I’ve always been a fan of quality over quantity. I don’t want there to be a single bad item on the menu.”
