"We've always dreamed about different ways to utilize the restaurant on Monday, the one day that we're closed," Emily Mendenhall, owner of Lily's Bistro said. "We're also always looking for creative ways to work with our amazing charitable partners here in Dayton. As soon as the idea for a secret dinner came up, we knew this could be a great opportunity."

"House of Bread is open seven days a week, all year long for lunches to those in need," Mendenhall said. "Taking this day that we're normally closed to benefit their work is something we're all excited to do."
