It is called The Bad Juan, but this Dayton classic margarita is so good. Elsa’s has been serving the potent drink since 1979. The Bad Juan routinely tops best area margarita lists, including Best of Dayton 2017.

Cocktails are taken very seriously at Salar Restaurant and Lounge. Margaritas are handcrafted at the world fusion restaurant led by chef-owner Margot Blondet. She graduated first in her class from Le Cordon Bleu in Lima, Perú.
