Restaurant famous for its crazy grilled cheese creations to take on Mac & Cheese

MELT Bar & Grilled will offer special ‘Maniacal Mac & Cheese’ menu

MELT Bar & Grilled is embracing Mac & Cheese in a very big way with some new menu additions.

The Cleveland-based restaurant chain that operates a location at the Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek will unveil what it calls a “Maniacal Macaroni & Cheese” menu in October that will allow diners to build their own, and then customize their dish.

Here’s how it works:

Diners will first choose the sauce they want on their mac & cheese, from among options such as classic cheddar, garlic cream, spicy buffalo or paprikash. They will then choose their bread crumb, from among crunchy Panko, Romano cheese or crumpled tortilla.
