Blake Wright, the locally-owned chain's executive chef and a part owner, has created new dishes to appeal to the rib-loving consumer.

He popped into our offices to tell us all about them.

Formed in Miamisburg, TJ Chumps has four locations: 12 E. Linden Ave, Miamisburg; 559 S. Main St., Englewood; 1100 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road; Fairborn and 7050 Executive Boulevard, Huber Heights.

Carolina Spare Ribs —  $14.99 for three quarters of a pound 

Who knew coffee, sriracha and dijon could taste so dang good together? Chef Blake is who.

These tender ribs are covered with a carolina sauce and were based with a tangy coffee, sriracha and dijon rub. So flavorful.

Dry Spiced Ribs Basket —  $9.99 for a half pound

This year’s spice rib has a sriracha coffee rub that I couldn’t get enough of. The ribs are tender and the meat fell off the bones.

Traditional baby back ribs —   $21.99 for a full slab 

There is a reason these ribs are a favorite on TJ Chumps menu. Sweet sauce and tender meat for the win.

BBQ Baby Back Rib Burger $11.99

The ciabatta roll puts this burger over the top. You get a juicy burger topped with pulled ribs, mozzarella, lettuce, onions and pickles.

Asian Beef Rib Tacos  $10.99

These surprising and fun tacos come out sweet and slightly spicy with with beef cooked in its own juices. You’ll get three tacos with apple slaw, mozzarella cheese and a little Thai seasoning.
