5 reasons to go to the WACO Fly-In

It’s happening this weekend, and YOU need to be there.

Support the WACO (Weaver Aircraft Company) Historical Society and Waco Air Museum at their annual WACO Fly-In in Troy Sept. 18-20.

Everything you can imagine — bi-plane rides, ultralight, radio control demos, food trucks, and even an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast — will be featured this weekend.

Explore their historic museum as you wait to blast off in an open cockpit bi-plane, or enjoy the ultralight and radio control demos featured on the grounds. Your kids also can snag an additional piece of the fun at the children’s tent, which will feature a rocket-making station!

Needless to say, it’s a must-go for the entire family.

    Did you know that Weaver Aircraft Company was the largest producer of civil aircraft in the mid '20s through the '30s, according to the WACO Air Museum? The WACO design also was used for the CG4A glider that was deployed in WWII. Learn this information and other details at this event.
